The NOSA Group is a part of a vision by the founder Shemeka Jones to create a space where healthcare professionals can go and get accurate, affordable and valuable information about what it means to be a business owner.  Initially, the focus was on the niche market of N.urse O.wned S.taffing A.gency (NOSA) owners but we will soon be opening this information to more markets in healthcare as Business is Business no matter the market.

Our ultimate goal is to allow all healthcare professionals to effectively transition from the role of an employee to employer.    By creating a level playing field through offering courses, coaching, information sessions, networking events and other resources about business operations will allow healthcare professionals to truly use their talents, experiences, and education in this field not only to market their businesses but allow us to stand out as experts in this industry.
